In 1997, BLDI began providing its guaranteed "10 Business Days or Free™" Phase I ESA delivery program. During the past 10 plus years, BLDI has conducted well over 600 Phase I ESAs with a schedule compliance rate of over 99.9%.
Our ordering and service delivery process is simple and designed to meet client needs. The process starts with a 10-minute phone call to obtain the site information. Once we are engaged, the site walkthrough is conducted. If any issues (i.e. RECs) are identified, we will notify the designated contact in the manner specified (e.g. phone, fax, or e-mail). The report is then delivered within 10 business days.
