Based on BLDI’s guaranteed schedule and listing on very selective lender’s list a private equity firm utilized BLDI for a fast track EDD project.

BLDI conducted the Phase I ESAs for the four industrial parcels within the standard, guaranteed 10 business day timeframe. Phase II ESA work was required on two of the sites. Some impact above relevant cleanup standards was not on one of the properties. Due to time constraints further investigation work was not feasible.

BLDI then prepared a range of costs consistent with ASTM-2137 to address a potential cleanup costs. The lender was able to utilize the Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs and environmental cost estimate to assess the environmental risk and underwrite the loan.
