BLDI was selected by a large regional lender to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on multiple sites as part of a purchase of a smaller Michigan-based lender.

BLDI conducted over 20 Phase I ESAs as part of this project. Recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were identified at several locations. BLDI worked with the seller and legal counsel to resolve the RECs. BLDI provided the final reports within the 30 day completion deadline.
