Starting in 1992, BLDI assisted counsel in assessing a product design and installation failure of an underground storage tank (UST) system.

• BLDI developed protocols to demonstrate pre-existing conditions.
• BLDI supervised and worked with contractors to unearth the UST system using archeological-type methods.
• Upon exposure of the UST system BLDI conducted testing to assess the integrity of the system.
• BLDI prepared reports for court as well as provided multiple depositions for the numerous sites.

The case was eventually settled.
